Four ways to develop your business concept
National Brains Inc.

Even when both parties are interested, cross-border discussions can stall because information requirements, decision-making processes, and expectations about responsibilities do not align.

National Brains Inc. clarifies your business objectives and challenges, then develops the materials, conditions, and partner structure needed for Japanese stakeholders to assess the opportunity. We consider both Japanese and international perspectives to support discussions that lead to informed decisions and action.

Emergency vehicle procurement for overseas public-sector projects

International companies have approached us about introducing Japanese vehicles and equipment into public-sector projects. Alongside product specifications, key considerations include manufacturer authorization, warranties, spare parts, and local maintenance arrangements.

Building lasting relationships with Japanese manufacturers

These inquiries seek to develop long-term sales and partnership relationships with Japanese manufacturers, starting from individual procurement opportunities. We clarify the local company’s capabilities, market opportunities, partnership value for Japanese businesses, discussion sequence, and objectives at each stage.

Aviation and airport ventures

Overseas aviation businesses have shared collaboration concepts involving ground handling, airport lounges, air cargo facilities, equipment supply, and maintenance. We clarify the technology, operational, and equipment roles sought from Japanese partners to support opportunity verification and partner assessment.

Battery storage and data center development in Japan

These projects face challenges involving electricity supply, grid connection, location, and stakeholder discussions. We organize documents and discussion history to clarify decision points, further questions, and action priorities.

Developing business concepts across multiple sectors

These inquiries explore collaboration with Japanese companies in energy, manufacturing, talent, education, and other sectors. We organize the basis for the opportunity, required documents, overseas capabilities, and expectations of Japanese partners to identify priority themes.

These summaries describe inquiries and collaboration themes, including concepts and projects under consideration. They do not indicate concluded orders, supply agreements, investments, or partnerships. Company names and project-specific details are withheld.

3 Build dialogue with the right counterparts

We consider potential companies and responsible departments, then support proposal preparation, initial outreach, meeting arrangements, and follow-up.

4 Move toward implementation

We clarify responsibilities, supply and partnership conditions, and implementation steps, with ongoing business development support where needed.

We propose and agree on the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each stage before starting work.
